In Bangladesh, There are two kind of rice, boiled rice (regular rice) and non boiled(Atop rice)
You can get those type of rice from same paddy. Atop rice is very popular for traditional festive for makeing ckae (pitha), Payes etc. Boiled rice is better than atop rice. Atop rice cooked very fast than anoter rice and it is blended well.
It is cultivated in Bangladesh in the traditional way. No machine is used to cultivate this rice. Atop rice is cultivated in sandy and loamy soil which makes the rice fresh. Cow dung fertilizer is used to grow Atop rice which makes the rice fresher. Compliment your dishes with the best-tested rice.
